To process tutor lead purchases. When a tutor purchases a lead through our checkout, we share the student’s contact details with that tutor. Payment processing is handled by SureCart and Stripe. We retain transaction records for accounting and legal purposes.
To communicate with tutors about our network. If you have enquired about joining our tutor network, we may send you information about how the service works, new enquiries in your area, or changes to the service. You can unsubscribe from these communications at any time using the link in any email.
To operate and improve the website. We use website analytics to understand how visitors find and use the site, and to improve the user experience.
To meet legal obligations. We may retain or disclose information to comply with legal requirements or respond to lawful requests from public authorities.

With our payment provider. Lead purchases are processed via SureCart and Stripe. These providers handle payment data in accordance with PCI DSS standards and their own privacy policies. We do not store card details.
With service providers. This includes our website host, email service, analytics provider, and CRM tools. These providers act on our instructions and may not use your data for their own purposes.
Where required by law. We may share information with law enforcement, regulators, or other public authorities if required by law or court order.
In connection with a business transfer. If Purodem Ltd sells or transfers the MusicTutor.net business, your information may transfer to the acquiring party, who would be required to honour this privacy policy.
